Hypothermia is subnormal temperature within the central body. Symptoms of hypothermia include slurred speech, loss of coordination, confusion, apathy, and irrational behavior.
NEVER ASSUME THAT A HYPOTHERMIA CASUALTY IS DEAD EVEN IF BREATHING AND HEARTBEAT APPEAR ABSENT.
